Villa Arrigo is the owner of an iconic wedding venue in Malta. As part of an ongoing effort to increase revenue and profits the owners sought out a bank loan to build 6 luxury villas on-site. Decksadu worked with Villa Arrigo’s accounting firm to create a business plan, financial plan and supporting documents for the commercial loan application. The project took two weeks to complete.
